New Scheme
Under the new financial scheme, the Tokyo Foundation for Policy Research (NF-JLEP Association secretariat) undertakes endowment management, freeing participating universities to focus on program operations. Fellowships of up to US$50,000 per university are provided directly to outstanding students of the Japanese language.
